so i am writing my first post for meeeeee ----Sarina Leah:)... lets just say this blog is a new place for me to explore the world of Sarina Leah and what i will be embarking on as a singer song writer in the next few months...so this is day one....yippie.. the track above is taken from the ep- the Onederful by producer Te1 productions and currently i have a song called Enlightened minds.. listen to it here...

This track is written by me and inspired by a book called (The art of living by S. N. Goenka and written by William Hart)..all about "the development of insight," it embodies the essence of the teaching of the Buddha as taught by S. N. Goenka ....i experienced complete realization of self, mind and awareness when writing this song and experiencing the meditation was equally an important step to realizing what the book was saying. 

I recorded it just a few weeks before i went away to the 10 day silent meditation and i remembered crying listening to it on my back home on the coach (a deep happy cry-plus it was weird hearing sound again..) because the words made sense to me even more.... life is such a unique experience..and complete awareness is so important to truly experience this life to the full..if you get a chance check it out..xxx
