Some Home made ( Banana Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies )
Especially made for my beautiful loved one who is flying abroad today :)
I think i am #obsessed with my spice/ nut grinder LOL .... I made Oat flour for this mix and it came out so light n fluffy. See here for the LINK i followed .
I used hemp milk, coconut oil, walnuts, rasins and St Lucian honey (gift from my mum) and Chocolate cocoa from my aunty in St Lucia - in-replace of the suggestions on this web.
For the toppings i used cashews, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
(also working on getting some organic yeast but for now using what i already have - baking powder)

A little reflection....
We are all moving inwards and the healing is bringing us closer to nature. Nature is seeking us and we are all in this together - connected and interwoven. I feel so blessed to be surrounded by individuals who are eating straight from the earth, cooking, raw eating, sprouting seeds, Dehydrating foods and teas, foraging, reconnecting, minimising, becoming lighter, eating less meats or none, questioning, trying, evolving, growing and the impact is immense on me.
It feels like we are undoing a lifetime of destructive habits:
Some of mine were heavy consumption of refined sugars & flours and lack of exercise to super oily foods to now home cooking, jogging and yoga and alternative ways #givethanks to universal energy at work on us.
Its been so hard to stop eating sugary things i think thats why healthy snacks are crucial to me every other day and of course in moderation.
Looking back at these last 19 days #100daysofhappinessandcreativity has really helped keep me focused within. Keeping me consistant (which i'm so rubbish at sometimes and hopefully like auto-suggestion instead becomes a natural part of everyday life - making magic everyday).
Lets keep this movement of self empowerment and ownership of self in a system built by us which thrives off of our own ignorance, corruption & lies, and feeds our laziness. Lets keep re-educating our minds on natural living, stepping away from all those norms like (local fast food chicken shops popping up everywhere in London - which literally freak me out - i'm not about to even go into this topic) but i do feel the first step is questioning.
Trust i like re-affirming: I'm the first to throw my hands up and say "i know nothing, but i'm eager to share and willing to learn. Killing ego and seeking love in all things. "
I hope it continues to flow around, above and within us.... Very Grateful!
