Weekend of solidarity Protest for Palestine and Peace time within

My Saturday ...... had a beautiful intense glow of sunshine, thou the reason for gathering under the sun was not to sunbathe or leisurely drift but to instead connect with people from different walks of life around the world in the name of peace and justice for our human family in Palestine, nurturing solidarity and love together.... many times i had surreal moments of "zooming out " where i was projecting myself as the black balloon i saw gliding and climbing the sky until a tiny dot to my eye. I zoomed up and looked down and saw sadness of our earth, sad faces, sad bodies... a sad repeating of people gatherings from centuries beyond time where this sad state of wickedness had once and still sweeps the earth and commits the greatest of crimes- innocent lives lost, precious souls gone.

I stared at this flag beside me for a long while until i was no longer blinking and the speaker blurred and i was but a moment on this earth only needing breath. 

I am shattered, i'm too sad to feel my fire within.
Its has literally broken my heart to see what is going on in this delicate and stripped piece of land - filled with so much politics, cruelty, injustice, pain, despair that i have no words but utter sadness that humans can do this to humans.All thats left is hope! For every injustice....

I joined the crowd at westminster and urged my voice to chant with a lump in the back of my neck and my tears with their own rebellion with me. Sending as much silent prayers and love that i can muster...if only all of our thoughts of love could crush those weapons and turn them into a glittery dust thats erased from this earth.

My Sunday..... caused for "balance" earth grounding ..... chia pudding.
