over the last few days i decided i was coming into an internal moon period and all goes fourth inward therefore i have not had as many posts or visual by default of inner connections.
Moon children and earth connectors sometimes the screen is replaced with a pen and paper and my gratitude book is blossoming with reflection which i truly recommend.
Recently as magic of creation does i have been presented through signs, friends and internal reflections a few reoccurring topics which have been calling me deeply such as spiritual jazz, sound healing, permaculture, silence & meditation, healing through body energy, deep understanding of clarity, learning about nutrition, Ayuvedic medicine, Equanimity, dance and Egyptian Yoga.
What a powerful vibration on earth.
One of the happy gratitudes i feel i must share is regarding sound from the body.
The sound we make like a science. All the contributing participators like...
(air pressure being the fuel of the voice) airflow, vibration, muscles, tongue, palette, cheek, lips, lungs, vocal folds, larynx.
Sound is not to be taken lightly yet we do it so effortlessly.... i'm amazed at how the simple and natural things can be yet so complex and powerful......we talk because the body helps to make this happen and air assists along with vibration and of course there is much more which is not known.
Our body is an instrument which serves us and we serve it.
